I started Zoom training with Nadia after the gyms closed last March. I am so much stronger and have better posture after training with Nadia. She is professional and fully engaged. It is so easy, no drive to the gym! It’s amazing what you can do with a few pieces of equipment and a knowledgeable trainer. I have had trainers before, but she is the best! Great experience! I started working with Nadia to incorporate a full package…weight training and nutrition. I loved her style of really getting to know me….my goals, my limitations and what I had done in the past. Her individual plan was amazing and changed as I changed. I loved the individual attention especially how she just would pop up from no where with her encouragement when a work out was completed. Having a support system will take you to the next level! I realized how great she was when I experienced a pretty significant back injury just as I started working with her. I worked with Nadia after having two children in quick succession and totally losing all my core strength. I was suffering with lower back pain, weakness when I picked up my kids and low energy. I tried to go back to running but didn’t feel my joints were up to it. I started working with Nadia and I had 39% body fat.
